• Payment

    In order to register at the conference you must log in into the system (the same that was used to submit the abstract).  Select the appropriated fees and services that you wish to pay for by marking the box. You can pay for everything in one go or you can pay for one service at a time.

    The fees are in Euros (€) and you will be redirected to Paypal, where you can use your credit card in a secure connection. The Identification field can be used to inform the name of the participant that is being registered.

    Please note that it may take a few days to record your payment.

    Important note for participants from Brazil: the residents in Brazil may opt to pay the registration fees directly in Reais via bank transfer. Please proceed to this page for instructions.

  • Registration details

    After selecting the fees and options, please take a moment to complete fill the Additional Registration Details. There you can configure your billing address and the Delegate information that will be present in your conference badge.

  • Cancelation policy

    • Before August 31, 2015, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded
    • Before September 30, 2015, 50% of registration fee will be refunded
    • From October 01, 2015, the registration fee will not be refunded
